Terms & Conditions of Booking

A deposit of £28 per person per week (or part week) plus compulsory holiday cancellation cover of £2 per person (or part week) is required, the deposit being credited to your account (see below for cancellation liabilities). No allowance can be made for meals not taken or rooms not occupied for the full period of the booking.

Guests are requested to settle their main account on the day of arrival. Cheques are only accepted up to the limit of your cheque guarantee card, only if paid 7 days prior to departure day.

Holiday Cancellation Scheme
In the event of cancellation of your booking we make every effort to re-let the accommodation. However, if we are unable to do so you can be held legally liable for two-thirds of the total cost of the booking. We have a special holiday cancellation scheme whereby you may cover your liability to the hotel and also may secure return of your deposit if cancellation is made for the following reasons:

Death of, accident or sickness to husband, wife, in-laws, parents, brother, sister, child or close business associate

The scheme also covers for redundancy (if unknown at the time of booking) of the signatory (or spouse) to the booking form.

Cancellation under all of these terms require certification. 

By means of this cancellation scheme, provision can be made for the repayment of the deposit already paid and such amounts for which you may be legally responsible to the proprieter, up to a limit of £380 per person per week. The charge is £2.00 per person and is obligatory to our conditions of booking. All guests must participate (including those children in your party during the free child offer/periods) and should be added to your deposit when booking.
